Yesterday the snow arrived! It snowed for hours, huge massive blustery flakes, absolutely beautiful to look at and so very deadly cold! Our dog adores the snow, it makes her all frisky and frollicky as she skips and jumps in it, she is only small and the snow was quite deep so she was in heaven!
To celebrate the beautiful winters scene I decided to make a journal page all about the snow (like you do)
This page was pretty easy to do, I’ll share the steps with you for those interested in how it progresses:
Step One: A inkerly blue journal background:
Step Two: Gesso-ed Snowflakes using the negative push out card from a sheet of snowflake chipboard shapes I had:
Step Three: Once the gesso was dry I outlined the snowflakes using a fine point drawing pen:
Step Four: I stamped the words Winter Wonderland onto a sheet of torn coloured book paper and glued it across the page and added a few snowflake chipboard embellishments to decorate.

Liked the winter wonderland page. Wanda
